There’s more potential in people and organizations than we often realize. My work is about helping bring it out.
For more than 25 years, I’ve led HR and talent teams, developed leaders, made difficult people decisions, and helped organizations navigate change and growth from inside the business.
That experience taught me something I still believe today: even the best strategy only works when you have the people, leadership, and culture to bring it to life.
I founded Full Potential to bring that experience alongside leaders and organizations — not with one-size-fits-all answers, but as a partner who listens deeply, asks the questions that need to be asked, and helps turn complex people challenges into practical action.
